Other Daily Logs

The other daily log section allows you to keep general notes regarding your day. For example, you could log how you felt during the day or any other highlights of the day.

This section also allows you to enter sleep time information. This information is used by the diet log to calculate the time elapsed between the time you wake up to the time you have your fist meal, the time between your last meal and the time you go to sleep and any nap times in between. You can also keep separate comments about each sleep period to indicate if you were sound asleep, you had a restless night’s sleep, etc.
